About the Job

• Conceptualize User Journeys: Partner with Business and Tech teams to design and prioritize digital features and requirements.

• Product Ownership: Oversee the full product lifecycle and backlog for the regional Mobile App, ensuring all functional and regulatory needs are met.

• Agile Collaboration: Work within Agile Release Trains (ARTs) to manage dependencies, trade-offs, and feature delivery.

• Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, articulating design and implementation strategies clearly.

• Change & Training: Develop easy-to-use training materials and engagement strategies for clients and front-office staff.

• Data-Driven Iteration: Analyze client behavior and usability testing to continuously improve the digital experience and drive adoption.

• Risk & Compliance: Collaborate with legal teams to ensure all digital solutions meet strict regulatory standards and risk protocols.

Skills and Requirements

• Strong understanding of wealth management, private banking, online trading, and portfolio management.

• Expert in Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, and the full product discovery-to-delivery lifecycle.

• Proven ability to manage global virtual teams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to use data analytics to steer business decisions.
