Product Manager (Asset Management)
Our client, a well-established asset management is looking to fill the role of product manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end launch of investment products, ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and operational standards.
- Prepare and maintain product documentation, including offering documents, product terms, operational procedures, and internal guidelines.
- Oversee KYC and onboarding requirements, working closely with compliance and operations teams.
- Support product strategy, including market positioning, pricing frameworks, and definition of target investor segments.
- Own the full product lifecycle, including post-launch monitoring, performance review, and ongoing product enhancements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (legal, compliance, operations, distribution) to ensure timely and compliant product rollout.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Law, or related discipline.
- 510+ years of experience in product development, product management, or regulatory roles within asset management or financial services.
- Strong understanding of retail and institutional investment products and related regulatory frameworks.
- Experience owning products across the entire lifecycle, including post-launch governance and performance monitoring.
