Responsible for designing and optimizing institutional-grade solutions for the cryptocurrency exchange's institutional clients. This includes client onboarding, fiat/crypto deposit and withdrawal systems, account permission management, and token transfer infrastructure, all while meeting compliance standards.
- Design institutional onboarding solutions, including multi-tiered KYC/KYB verification, corporate structure mapping, and role-based access control
- Build enterprise-grade fund flow systems: integrate banking networks and Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to support bulk deposits and withdrawals
- Develop multi-chain deposit addresses, automated balance aggregation, and transfer workflows
- Design account permission management systems (e.g., trading limits, IP whitelisting, multi-signature authorization)
- Track product developments of mainstream trading institutions (e.g., Coinbase, Kraken, Robinhood), analyze their business models, and formulate differentiated competitive strategies
- Customize transaction monitoring for institutional fund flow models to meet regulatory requirements
- Design audit and monitoring systems for corporate accounts, supporting customizable reporting
- Collaborate with compliance teams to optimize the automation of AML list screening and risk scoring
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in B2B financial product management
- Familiarity with large-scale system product architecture design and understanding of the overall business processes of an exchange
- Knowledge of the compliance and regulatory requirements for financial institutions. Familiarity with institutional fund operation systems
- Strong execution capability and self-motivation, capable of setting an example for team members
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently in English with market and institutional clients
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
