- Drive the commercialisation of innovative payment products, including tokenised payment and digital payment solutions
- Manage relationship with the partners & payment networks
- Negotiate favourable commercial terms & outcomes for business
- Support strategy for emerging payments, identifying new technologies and payments that aligns with business priorities
- Identify, evaluate & follow-up with potential partners & payment networks (e.g. RFPs, NDAs, outreach etc)
- Assist with pitch to management and internal stakeholders to drive bank objectives
- Drive collaboration with fintechs, network partners (Visa, Mastercard), technology vendors, and internal stakeholder to pilot and scale new payment initiatives
- Oversee compliance and resiliency of existing payment infrastructure & new deployments
- Analyse payment trends, customer behaviours (further broken down into microsegments) to identify white spaces that support our segment strategy
- Develop holistic program to measure the performance as an innovative payment service provider
- Structured program to scan and assess emerging technologies with the potential to reshape the payment landscape
- Own the mobile wallet customer journey (e.g. journey improvements, resolve escalated customer issues, track the customer funnel & usage)
