Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Take ownership of business outcomes by defining product positioning and development direction. Participate in roadmap planning and goal setting. Analyze market trends, business conditions, user needs, and monetization strategies to identify, decompose, and drive execution of product features.
2. Independently manage end-to-end design of product features including workflows, operational mechanisms, and user interfaces. Author clear and rigorous product requirement documents.
3. Communicate and coordinate with development, design, operations, and other teams to ensure cross-functional understanding of product plans and implementation, guaranteeing on-schedule product development and launch.
4. Closely monitor key metrics and conduct timely analysis of products, markets, and competitors. Combine user feedback with behavioral data to identify product issues or gaps, uncover latent user and market needs, and propose and drive optimization initiatives.
5. Provide product knowledge training to relevant business units based on product roadmaps and features. Support product testing and ensure quality of product delivery.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years of experience in internet-related roles. Experience with international/overseas products preferred.
2. Strong curiosity about new technologies and concepts, willingness to embrace challenges, and demonstrated ability to execute efficiently.
3. Excellent logical thinking skills with ability to accurately capture user needs, distinguish genuine from superficial requirements, anticipate various user scenarios, and provide viable solutions.
4. Strategic mindset with strong prioritization capabilities. Ability to think holistically while staying detail-oriented, comprehensively evaluate ROI considering multiple factors, and make sound decisions.
5. Value user feedback and possess data sensitivity with strong analytical capabilities. Proficiency in common data analysis tools with ability to make data-driven decisions.
6. High sense of responsibility and professional ethics. Resilient and able to perform under significant pressure.
7.Fluency in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively communicate with international stakeholders and collaborate with teams based at HQ and across different regions
