What You'll Do

 

  • Product Communication – Act as the central bridge between frontend and backend product teams. Own the end‑to‑end project lifecycle, define detailed product specs, and ensure technical execution aligns perfectly with business goals.
  • Operational Monitoring – Work closely with internal stakeholders and engineering teams to track technical issues, drive rapid resolution, and keep operations running smoothly.
  • Technical Support – Serve as the go‑to liaison for the technical team. Investigate product issues, monitor performance, and ensure operational stability.
  • Market & User Focus – Analyse market trends, conduct user research, and uncover data‑driven opportunities to improve user experience and transaction success rates.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting – Review and structure management reports, ensure data accuracy, manage logs and report lists, and improve reporting reliability through automated SQL checks.

 

What We're Looking For

 

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, FinTech, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of launching consumer‑facing websites and mobile apps — ideally in e‑payments or FinTech.
  • Hands‑on experience with payment provider integrations, including payment processing, card acquirers, online gateway integration, and alternative payment methods.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across departments and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable prioritising tasks in a fast‑paced environment — self‑driven, responsible, and organised.
  • Fluent in English. Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bonus: Python, SQL, JavaScript (React or Angular), Java, plus familiarity with Git, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
