Product Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Market Intelligence & Product Strategy

• Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscapes, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Define and execute product roadmaps based on customer needs, market insights, sales performance, and business objectives.

Product Development & Go-to-Market Execution

• Translate customer requirements and market opportunities into clear product specifications and value propositions.
• Develop business cases, assess commercial viability, and drive products through structured stage-gate development processes.
• Lead go-to-market initiatives, including pricing strategy, product positioning, launch planning, and sales enablement

Product Portfolio & Lifecycle Management

• Manage end-to-end product lifecycles, from concept and development through market launch, growth, and end-of-life.
• Drive product enhancements and feature extensions to strengthen competitiveness, maximize profitability, and capture new market opportunities.
• Develop and execute structured product phase-out strategies to optimize portfolio performance, protect margins, and maintain market share.

Qualifications

Experience & Industry Expertise

• At least 5 years of product management experience in industrial technology, factory automation, sensor solutions, or B2B hardware and software.

Commercial & Analytical Capabilities

• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies and measurable business results.
• Proven expertise in product strategy, business case development, pricing, and end-to-end product lifecycle management.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Demonstrated ability to influence and align global R&D, sales, marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of driving product initiatives from strategy through execution
