We are partnering with a fast-growing, globally expanding mobile gaming company to hire an Ad Monetization Manager. This is a high-impact role focused on driving in-app advertising (IAA) revenue strategy, working closely with product, data, and engineering teams to optimise user value and monetisation performance.
You will play a key role in scaling global monetisation efforts across multiple markets in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimise global IAA monetisation strategy, including mediation platforms (e.g. AdMob, MAX, LevelPlay)
- Design and optimise waterfall and bidding strategies to maximise eCPM and overall user value
- Collaborate with product teams to design ad placements aligned with core user experience and game loops
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to continuously improve monetisation outcomes
- Work cross-functionally with data and engineering teams to integrate and leverage user-level ad revenue attribution
Key Requirements
- 3+ years experience in mobile game ad monetisation (IAA) with global exposure
- Strong understanding of major Ad Networks (e.g. AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Mintegral)
- Highly analytical with ability to interpret data and optimise monetisation performance
- Product-oriented mindset with ability to balance user experience and revenue
- Proficiency in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and counterparts.
