We are seeking a passionate and driven Product Manager to oversee and grow our X-ray/CT & Ultrasound product portfolio. This role bridges product expertise, clinical knowledge, and commercial strategy, ensuring our imaging solutions meet the evolving needs of healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the X-ray/CT/ Ultrasound product portfolio internally and externally, including product positioning, updates, and competitive analysis.
- Support the sales team with technical expertise, product presentations, proposal preparation, and installation training.
- Act as the product champion, clearly communicating product features, benefits, and clinical value to customers and internal teams.
- Provide on-site and remote application support to healthcare professionals.
- Gather customer feedback and relay to product and service teams for continuous product improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), clinicians, and hospital departments.
- Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and educational events.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new clinical developments in diagnostic imaging.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Radiological Sciences, Medical Technology, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in related healthcare technology.
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to translate complex features into clinical and commercial value.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
