  • Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation and solution design to technical development, testing, rollout, and post-launch iteration.
  • Work closely with business, marketing, operations, data, design, and engineering teams to develop scalable growth solutions across different markets.
  • Collaborate with insurance partners and local teams to ensure that product solutions balance customer needs, commercial goals, regulatory requirements, and operational feasibility.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations, project timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Own the growth strategy and product roadmap for insurance products, focusing on user acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Define and monitor key growth metrics, analyze product performance, and translate insights into actionable product initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree and above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or a related technical field.
  • Relevant product management experience, preferably in growth, insurance, fintech, e-commerce, or other consumer internet products.
  • Strong customer-centric thinking, structured problem-solving skills, and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, with experience working across multiple functions and markets.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal stakeholders.
