Operating under a P2B2C (platform-to-business, partners-to-clients) model, MetaComp provides its clients with an integrated end-to-end suite of services, empowering them to confidently enter the digital asset market with much-needed safety, security, and compliance assurance. Together with its parent company, Metaverse Green Exchange Pte. Ltd. (a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager, Loan to own and scale one of our core capital products. This role sits at the intersection of financial product design, risk management, and platform scalability, enabling customers to unlock liquidity from their digital assets while ensuring the safety and sustainability of the system.

You will work closely with engineering, risk, compliance, operations, and commercial teams to design, launch, and iterate products that operate reliably in volatile market conditions. The role requires strong financial product intuition and comfort working with complex systems involving capital, exposure, and liquidity.

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for lending and liquidity-related products
  • Design product mechanics involving collateral, LTVs, interest rates, fees, liquidation logic, and risk controls
  • Translate complex financial and risk requirements into clear product requirements and execution plans
  • Partner closely with risk, compliance, legal, and operations to ensure products are robust, compliant, and scalable
  • Work with engineering to build resilient systems that perform under high volatility and peak demand
  • Define, monitor, and iterate on key product and risk metrics (utilization, liquidation rates, exposure, revenue, etc.)
  • Continuously improve customer experience while balancing capital efficiency, growth, and downside protection
  • Support go-to-market activities and stakeholder communication for new launches and major enhancements

What we are looking for

  • 2+ years of product management experience in fintech, crypto, trading, capital markets, or financial infrastructure
  • Strong understanding of financial products involving balances, limits, pricing, yields, or exposure management
  • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams across engineering, risk, compliance, legal, and operations
  • Ability to reason clearly about trade-offs between growth, liquidity, risk, and user experience
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with lending, margin trading, derivatives, or treasury products
  • Crypto and digital asset product experience
  • Familiarity with DeFi protocols, on-chain mechanics, or Web3 financial primitives
  • Experience building products across multiple jurisdictions or regulatory environments
  • Background in systems requiring high reliability and capital safety

Why Join Metacomp

  • Build products that matter
  • Real ownership, real impact
  • Operate at fintech scale, not theory
  • Cross-functional, high-calibre team
  • 0-to-1 and 1-to-scale opportunities
