Product Manager Lead

Key Responsibilities:

. Develop a product roadmap to deliver seamless onramp, offramp and settlement capabilities

for our global payment platform.

. Ideate and design payment and settlement solutions to meet business needs.

. Track key product metrics to measure platform performance and health.

. Integrate with bank partners and payment service providers to enhance our global payments

platform

. Stay updated with relevant regulatory changes and monitor crypto industry trends to

anticipate compliance requirements and potential risks.

. Build internal tools and workflow automations to enhance our operation efficiency.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, engineering, legal,

operations, and quality assurance to work on product planning and development processes.

. Define clear product requirements and user stories, working closely with engineering and

design teams to ensure successful implementation.

Must Have:

. At least 8 years of product management experience designing and building global payment

platforms such as fiat to crypto onramp and offramp.

. Good understanding of crypto ecosystem and various types of payment related licenses from

global authorities.

. Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin) ability

to translate strategy into clear and actionable plans for Product Development, Engineering,

Design and Marketing

. Logical thinking - demonstrating logical reasoning and critical thinking to analyze and

evaluate complex problems and situations

. High proficiency delving into the technical product, system and implementation details. Able

to engage with engineering beyond just product and user experience needs willing to roll up

sleeves and design scalable and extensible solutions

. Data oriented - identifying, defining, tracking and acting upon impact metrics. Experience

identifying KPIs and working with engineering and analytics on instrumentation and

monitoring

. Experience leading cross functional teams to deliver complex projects with multiple

dependencies and constraints in a highly dynamic environment
