Job Description

. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities and market gaps, aligning product design with client needs and business strategy.
. Develop and structure fund products, including positioning, pricing considerations, and defining target investor profiles.
. Prepare product proposals, business plans, internal approval materials, and regulatory submission documents.
. Support endtoend product launch execution through coordination with internal teams such as sales and marketing.
. Monitor postlaunch product performance, operational matters, and client feedback, and recommend enhancements when needed.
. Research emerging trends, innovative product structures, and new business models relevant to the asset management industry.
. Evaluate the feasibility and regulatory considerations of new initiatives and translate viable concepts into structured projects.
. Collaborate closely with investment, compliance, legal, operations, sales, and marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

. Bachelor's degree or higher.
. Minimum of five years of relevant experience in asset management, fund product management, investment operations, or related fields.
. Strong understanding of fund structures, product development processes, and regulatory considerations within the asset management industry.
. Experience working with crossfunctional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
. Strong analytical skills, documentation capabilities, and project coordination experience.
. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in major financial jurisdictions, with experience in Singapore or similar regulated markets considered an advantage.
. Detailoriented, proactive, and able to balance commercial objectives with compliance requirements.
