The Product Manager, Home Entertainment is responsible for the delivery and continuous enhancement of Pay TV and OTT client applications across Set-Top Boxes (STB), Smart TVs, mobile applications and web platforms. Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you will translate business requirements into customer-facing features and coordinate across Product, IT, Network, third-party partners and business users to deliver timely, high-quality releases that enhance the customer experience.

How You will Make An Impact:

• Managing the end-to-end delivery of new features and enhancements for Pay TV and OTT client applications, including gathering and analysing requirements and translating them into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Partnering with UX/UI and development teams to deliver intuitive customer experiences, while supporting product roadmap planning with delivery estimates, technical considerations and customer feedback.
• Developing and maintaining project plans, delivery schedules and release milestones tracking progress, identifying risks and dependencies, and proactively driving issue resolution.
• Planning and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production readiness and commercial launch activities, while monitoring post-launch performance and coordinating product improvements and issue resolution.
• Ensuring product outcomes deliver measurable business value and customer impact, with accountability for achieving agreed product KPIs.
• Engaging internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations, incorporate feedback and collaborate effectively across Business, Network Engineering, IT Platform teams, third-party content providers and application vendors.

Skills for Success:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Pay TV and OTT video ecosystem.
• Experience with Android TV and mobile application development, Smart TV and Set-Top Box platforms, and OTT streaming services.
• Strong product development and product management capabilities.
• Proven project management and business analysis skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across business, technical and external partner teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
