About The Team

  • The team focuses on the growth & marketing products of our regional digital banks: ID SeaBank, SG & PH MariBank.
  • The team drives the core user experience across the SeaBank and MariBank Apps, including the core App & web pages, promotions and rewards, digital products, ecosystem integration with Shopee and other Monee product lines, etc.
  • The team focuses on building a leading digital bank platform and ecosystem by growing active and transacting users, optimizing traffic allocation, and enabling cross-sell of other financial services products.
  • Working at the intersection of product, engineering, design, and business teams, the team leads key strategic initiatives that enhance user engagement, drive platform growth, and unlock new opportunities across the broader financial services ecosystem.

Job Description

  • As the product owner, drive the end-to-end product life cycle of digital bank marketing products, from ideation, design, technical development, testing and roll out, to post-launch improvements and iterations.
  • Marketing PMs manage a wide range of products, including campaign & rewards systems such as referral, cashback campaigns; content management system such as bank homepage, microsite; notification system as a shared service; account linkage for integrations with Shopee ecosystem.
  • Design and develop an effective marketing product to support bank growth, deliver products that are in alignment with business goals and objectives
  • Assist business team in implementing an efficient operation process, ensure the product fulfills all compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist the design and integration of the surrounding banking systems, including KYC (Know-Your-Customer), payments, deposit and loan core, DWH (data warehouse), etc.
  • Effectively manage stakeholder expectations and project timeline, create project plans, track and monitor progress and manage project risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or other related fields
  • Strong product design, problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Self-driven, positive attitude and team player
  • Comfortable with changes and working in a dynamic environment
