Job Overview

We are looking for an AI Product Manager with hands-on experience in payments or fintech products to lead the planning, design, and continuous optimization of our payment and financial systems. You will be deeply involved in the full lifecycle of AI products — from uncovering user needs to product launch — working closely with Finance, Payments, Engineering, and Business teams to build an efficient, stable, and compliant payments and finance product ecosystem. We place strong emphasis on practical experience with payment clearing and settlement processes, combined with a solid foundation in finance/accounting, enabling the candidate to connect the dots between business operations, payments, and bookkeeping.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Singapore, and comfortable working in a regional, multi-market environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Fintech, Finance, Information Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Up to 3 years of product management experience. Experience in payments, clearing & settlement, fintech, or financial systems is preferred; experience with third-party payments, acquiring, cross-border payments, payment gateways, or finance-business integration projects is a plus.
  • Payments & Finance Skills:
  • Familiar with core payment business processes, including acquiring, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and fund pooling;
  • Understands the mapping between business events, payment flows, and financial bookkeeping; basic accounting knowledge (general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, etc.) is sufficient — deep mastery of the full accounting cycle is not required;
  • General awareness of corporate financial management and payment compliance/risk control requirements.
  • Product & Systems Skills: Experience in product design or implementation for at least one of the following: payment systems (e.g., third-party payment platforms, bank gateways) or enterprise financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Yonyou, Kingdee). Able to independently conduct requirements analysis, prototyping, and PRD writing.
  • Soft Skills: Clear logical thinking, strong communication and coordination skills, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to drive projects forward in complex environments.

Nice to Have

  • Product experience in third-party payment platforms, credit/lending, cross-border payments, or clearing & settlement.
  • Familiarity with AI applications in payments/finance scenarios, with hands-on experience shipping AI agent products.
  • Experience building payments/finance platforms at a major tech company or well-known enterprise.
  • Data analysis skills, proficient in SQL, Python, or similar tools.
  • Fluent English as a working language, with experience in cross-border/multi-region payments and tax/compliance projects.
