Product Manager

Gprnt (pronounced Greenprint) is a green disclosure and data fintech launched by the Monetary of Authority of Singapore (MAS), with a focus on helping businesses worldwide unlock their ESG data, transition business models, and maximise their economic gains in the green economy. We recently launched our inaugural platform offerings an automated Disclosure tool, and a value-added Marketplace offering at the 2024 Singapore Fintech Festival.

We are looking for a driven and resourceful Product Manager to help build the next generation of sustainability and ESG data products. You will work closely with design, engineering, data, and business stakeholders to deliver features end-to-end from discovery and requirements definition to launch and iteration.

Key Responsibilities

Product Discovery & Client Engagement

• Work directly with clients to understand requirements, run discovery workshops, and translate needs into clear, detailed product specifications
• Gather user insights through interviews, testing sessions, and client-facing conversations
• Validate problemsolution fit through rapid experimentation and iterative prototyping

Product Execution

• Own end-to-end delivery of features or product modules, from ideation to launch
• Write clear product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows
• Maintain the product backlog, prioritising based on impact, feasibility, and team capacity
• Support QA, bug triaging, and documentation to ensure a smooth release cycle

Customer & User Insight

• Conduct or support user interviews, usability testing, and requirements discovery
• Synthesise insights into actionable recommendations for product roadmap decisions
• Track product analytics (e.g., adoption, drop-off, usage patterns) to evaluate performance

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to align on scope, timelines, and trade-offs
• Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, and cross-functional discussions
• Communicate updates proactively and clearly to internal stakeholders

Required Experience

• 4+ years of product management experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup
• Track record of delivering features end-to-end from discovery to launch and iteration
• Experience prioritising in resource-constrained environments, balancing user value, tech feasibility, and business goals
• Experience working across cross-functional engineering, design, data, and commercial teams in agile environments
• Data-informed decision-maker, comfortable defining KPI success metrics and analysing product usage
• Bonus: Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, ESG, or data products
