Job Description
We're looking for a Product Manager to own the full product lifecycle - from defining problems to launch and continuous improvement.
- Opportunity to work on large scale digital transformation projects .
- 5 days work week (Mon to Fri), Hybrid Work Arrangement.
Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from defining problems to launch and ongoing improvements.
- Engage stakeholders and users to understand needs, define problem statements, and shape product direction.
- Define success metrics and set up dashboards to track and monitor outcomes.
- Formulate product strategy, hypotheses, and roadmaps to achieve goals.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to develop, test, and release products.
- Measure results, gather feedback, and continuously iterate to maximize product value.
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science or IT related tertiary education.
- Proven track record of delivering business outcomes through product ownership.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Balsamiq is a plus. Agile/ Scrum certifications are highly advantageours.
