Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Manager, located in Woodlands. The Product Manager will be responsible for managing Pacdora&aposs Japan site, from concept to launch, ensuring products meet customer needs. They will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality products. The role involves defining product requirements, developing product strategies, conducting market research, and overseeing the execution of product plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, including defining product requirements and developing product strategies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data
• Excellent project management skills to oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch
• Outstanding communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of packaging design and production processes is a plus
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
• Familiar with Japan market and Japanese culture.
