Product Manager-FinTech (Starryblu)

Role Overview:

As the Product Manager for Starryblu, you will spearhead core FinTech feature design and ecosystem construction. We are seeking a professional with deep roots in TradFi/FinTech who possesses a forward-thinking understanding of Web3. Your goal is to leverage blockchain's transparency and efficiency to bring incremental value to traditional financial scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Core FinTech Design

. Financial Architecture: Design account systems, clearing/settlement logic, and risk control models for Starryblu.

. Compliance: Ensure product adherence to global regulatory standards (KYC/AML/CFT) for fiat payments and FX.

. UX Optimization: Translate complex financial logic into intuitive user interfaces for B2C or B2B users.

2. Web3-Enabled Innovation

. On-chain Integration: Explore Web3 applications, such as using stablecoins for cross-border settlement or NFTs/SBTs for asset certification.

. RWA Exploration: Research and design preliminary solutions for Real World Asset (RWA) tokenization to boost liquidity.

3. Ecosystem & Partnerships

. Open Platform: Define API/SDK standards to attract financial institutions and tech partners.

. Ecosystem Synergy: Drive deep integrations between Starryblu and banks, PSPs, and Web3 infrastructure providers.

Qualifications:

. Core Background: 3-5 years in FinTech, Banking, or PayTech deep understanding of fund flows and financial reconciliation.

. Web3 Knowledge: Familiar with blockchain basics understand how wallets, smart contracts, and stablecoins complement TradFi.

. Logic & Documentation: Strong analytical skills ability to draft rigorous bilingual PRDs and technical specs.

. Language: Excellent English and Chinese proficiency for an international collaborative environment.
