Product Manager

We are looking for a Product Manager to join an R&D-focused environment and take ownership of products from concept and development through to commercialization and lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product planning and development activities from concept through to product launch.
• Define product priorities and drive the development of solutions that meet both customer and business needs.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback, market requirements and industry trends to identify product opportunities.
• Translate customer and market needs into clear product requirements and development priorities.
• Work closely with R&D and engineering teams to define product specifications, features and roadmap.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders throughout the product development and launch process.
• Develop product business cases, value propositions and go-to-market plans.
• Support product launches, including product positioning, pricing, sales support and market introduction.
• Identify opportunities for product enhancements, new applications and portfolio expansion.
• Manage products throughout their lifecycle and support product upgrades, replacement and phase-out activities.
• Work with regional and international teams to ensure alignment between customer requirements, technical capabilities and business objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product development or R&D
• Good understanding of product development processes and lifecycle management.
• Strong ability to understand and translate technical and customer requirements into product solutions.
• Strong ownership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
