Product Manager - Employment & Job Redesign Solutions

Job Description

The Product Manager (Employment & Job Redesign Solutions) will support the company in developing, improving and promoting software-enabled solutions for employment services and job redesign.

The successful candidate will work with employers, jobseekers, technology vendors and other stakeholders to understand user needs, translate feedback into practical product requirements, coordinate product improvements, and support the adoption of employment and job-redesign solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Engage employers and jobseekers to understand employment, workforce and job-redesign needs.
• Gather user feedback and identify opportunities to improve employment-related services and software solutions.
• Coordinate with software vendors and/or developers on product requirements, enhancements and updates.
• Support product planning, requirements mapping and implementation activities.
• Prepare presentations, user guides, product demonstrations and promotional materials.
• Demonstrate and promote software-enabled solutions to prospective business users.
• Support employers in identifying opportunities for job redesign and workforce improvement.
• Conduct basic market research and analyse user feedback and product usage.
• Track product improvement initiatives and provide progress reports to management.
• Coordinate with relevant partners and stakeholders to support product development and adoption.

Requirements

• Some experience in business operations, project coordination, stakeholder engagement or a related function would be advantageous.
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable engaging with employers, jobseekers, business partners and technology vendors.
• Able and willing to learn digital tools and software products.
• Strong interest in product management, employment solutions, workforce transformation and job redesign.
• Self-motivated and able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and follow up on agreed actions.
• Prior software product-management or employment-agency experience is not required.
