Product Manager (Director/Lead/Principal)

About the Job

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle and define the strategic roadmap to completely revamp a large-scale, enterprise-wide finance and accounting system.

• Design and iterate on customer user journeys by conducting user studies, creating data-driven analytics, and developing proof-of-concept (POC) features.

• Manage product resources thoroughly, including budget and cashflow management, as well as the procurement of necessary software, hardware, and IT services.

• Translate overarching product strategies into detailed, technical, and actionable plans for engineering, business, and vendor teams to execute.

• Drive product adoption and user growth through targeted engagement while collaborating with partners to execute go-to-market strategies.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of relevant tech experience.

• Deep familiarity with modern product development frameworks and technologies, particularly Agile methodologies, Cloud infrastructure, and Design Thinking.

• Strong background in IT business analysis, application solution design, and managing complex projects across multiple organizational units.

• Possession of relevant industry certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master, CITPM, or COMIT is highly preferred.
