Our product manager is dedicated to orchestrating the entire development of a diverse range of digital goods. These goods encompass, though are not confined to, Telco top-ups, bill payments, games, movies, events, attraction tickets, e-vouchers. Notably, we have expanded our reach to include travel-related products, such as flight, bus, train, taxi, and hotel bookings. New team members will experience both the opportunities and challenges brought by the rapid evolution and growth of a Southeast Asiawide digital platform.
This role is responsible for managing the entire product stack: frontend user experience, mid-platform architecture, supplier integration and data analysis, to drive business growth and financial profitability.
Job Description
- User Experience & Conversion: Drive feature planning and UI/UX enhancements to optimize the end-to-end user journey.
- Backend & Fulfillment: Design core backend logic, including product listing, inventory management and fulfillment workflows. Lead deep API integrations with suppliers (e.g., cinemas, game providers, event organizers, and voucher aggregators).
- Strategy & Growth: Establish key metrics, conduct data analysis and competitive research across the digital product landscape to identify growth opportunities and guide product iterations.
- Business Collaboration: Participate in business discussions and market research to understand business direction, supporting supplier evaluation, business negotiation and potential system upgrade.
- Execution & Delivery: Collaborate cross-functionally (e.g., Engineering, Business Development, Marketing, Operations) to align resources and deliver business-aligned product solutions, ensuring timely launches and expected performance outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably with a major in Computing or Information related fields.
- Experience in product management, prior experience in Online Travel Agency (OTA) or Entertainment is preferred.
- Strong understanding of frontend user experience, with solid data analysis skills and the ability to design effective solutions.
- Hands-on experience with API integrations; able to quickly understand new supplier interfaces and independently complete integration analysis.
- Self-driven, positive attitude, and a team player.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams across regions.
- Multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage projects and work with cross-functional teams.
