Product Manager - Digital Platforms

As Product Manager, you will own and manage a product end-to-end, built on Agile fundamentals. You will break down barriers for your team, plan at a strategic level, and get into the details to make things happen. You will be central to building high-performing teams where people are excited about the work they do.

What to Expect

. Deliver projects and products using appropriate Agile methodologies, learning and iterating frequently

. Define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring user stories are created in Jira and Confluence

. Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritisation of user stories, technical tasks, and bug fixes

. Facilitate discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution across teams

. Bridge communication between business and technical stakeholders, creating documentation and presentations where needed

. Collaborate with Product Owners, Technical Leads, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and Engineers across release planning

.Track application bugs, assess impact and severity, and follow up on resolution

. Measure project velocity, manage risks, and escalate where necessary

. Continuously gather user feedback, analyse trends, and identify opportunities for product improvements

. Support procurement, project finance, and administrative needs in accordance with relevant policies

Relevant Requirements:

. Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines

. Solid understanding of end-to-end Agile software development - Scrum and Kanban

. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to devise practical solutions

. Excellent communication skills - able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences

. Self-driven, collaborative, and eager to improve workflows and processes

. Able to understand the project from both business and technical perspectives

Preferred Qualifications:

. Experience with Confluence, SharePoint, Jira, orsimilar tools

. Background in AI/ML implementation, SaaS platform management, UI/UX design, or ops-tech integration (MUST HAVE)

. Familiarity with public sector or regulated environment working relationships and policies

. Proven experience defining and executing product strategies, roadmaps, and go-to-market plans

. Experience in cloud application delivery (AWS, Azure, GCP or equivalent)
