Key Responsibilities:
- Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics in alignment with business objectives
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from users, stakeholders, and market research
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales to deliver high-impact features and enhancements
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch and iteration
- Develop user stories, product specs, wireframes, and prototypes where needed
- Lead product releases and ensure timely delivery
- Monitor product performance using data and customer feedback
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and competitors
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
- 36 years of experience in product management or a related role
- Proven success in managing web or software products from ideation to release
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel), project tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence), and design collaboration tools (e.g., Figma)
- A user-centric mindset with a passion for building great products
- Legally authorized to work in Singapore
