Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Delivery
- Own and drive the end-to-end roadmap for cross-border payment solutions, including collections, payouts, FX, settlement, and reconciliation
- Define product direction while actively contributing to documentation, specifications, and delivery decisions
- Balance trade-offs across speed, scalability, cost, and regulatory requirements
- Lead execution across cross-functional teams with strong accountability
Global Payment Infrastructure
- Develop and expand global payment capabilities through integrations with financial institutions, payment service providers, and local networks
- Assess, onboard, and manage partners across key international corridors
- Design routing and redundancy strategies to ensure reliability and scalability
Cross-Border Payment Capabilities
- Enhance multi-currency payment flows, FX mechanisms, settlement models, SLAs, and fee structures
- Continuously improve transaction success rates, operational efficiency, and user experience
Stakeholder & Partner Management
- Serve as the product lead for external payment partners
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across technical and business teams to deliver solutions end-to-end
- Translate complex payment concepts into clear communication for both technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of Product Management experience within payments, fintech, banking, or financial services
- Hands-on experience with payment products such as cross-border payments, FX, wallets, or card systems
- Solid understanding of payment architecture, APIs, and system integrations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams and make technical trade-offs
- Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., AML/CFT frameworks)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
