We are looking for a Product Manager to lead end-to-end product delivery across the full lifecycle, from discovery to launch and performance tracking, while mentoring client Product Managers to develop sustainable capability.
In this consultancy role, you are accountable for outcomes rather than just deliverables, applying the same level of rigour to empowering others as you do to delivering successful products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify key risks and validate assumptions define OKRs and outcome-driven roadmaps
- Conduct user research (interviews, usability testing) to validate or discard hypotheses
- Define product strategy, story maps, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and cross-team alignment
- Track delivery metrics (velocity, cycle time) manage risks and dependencies
- Develop go-to-market plans, analytics frameworks, and measurement strategies
- Analyse post-launch performance and drive continuous improvements
- Coach client PMs through pairing, mentoring, and tailored enablement
- Foster a safe, collaborative, and learning-focused team environment
- Lead workshops, demos, and stakeholder engagement across complex organisations
Requirements
- 8+ years product experience across full lifecycle with proven delivery impact
- Strong track record in product discovery and evidence-based decision making
- Experience coaching/mentoring PMs in client-facing or consultancy settings
- Proficient in Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery, OKRs, JTBD, Impact Mapping
- Experience with Singapore Government ecosystem (e.g. SHIP-HATS, SG Tech Stack, GeBIZ) or public sector projects is preferred
