Product Manager
You will leadend-to-end product delivery-from discovery through launch and continuousimprovement-while coaching client Product Managers to build lasting capability.This is a consultancy role: you are accountable for outcomes, not just outputs,and bring equal rigour to enabling others as you do to shipping products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify riskiest assumptions and design validation experiments define OKRs and outcome-driven roadmaps
- Lead user research (e.g., interviews, usability testing) to validate or invalidate hypotheses before build
- Define product strategy, facilitate story mapping, and write clear user stories with acceptance criteria
- Drive agile delivery: backlog refinement, sprint planning, and dependency management
- Track and improve delivery metrics (e.g., velocity, cycle time) proactively mitigate risks
- Develop go-to-market strategies and measurement frameworks, including analytics instrumentation
- Analyse post-launch performance and drive continuous iteration facilitate retrospectives
- Coach client Product Managers through hands-on pairing, identifying gaps and tailoring enablement
- Foster psychologically safe environments that support learning, collaboration, and growth
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and stakeholder alignment across complex organisations
Requirements:
- 8+ years across the full product lifecycle, with a track record of leading discovery and making evidence-based decisions (including stopping initiatives when needed)
- Proven experience mentoring or enabling Product Managers/Owners, ideally in consulting or client-facing environments
- Familiarity with Lean Startup, Continuous Discovery, OKRs, JTBD, Impact Mapping, and outcome-based roadmaps
- Strong ownership, empathy, and intellectual humility motivated by both delivering products and enabling others
