Overview
We&aposre seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Product Manager (PM) to lead the optimization and innovation of our Onboarding and Servicing capabilities. You&aposll work with other PMs on the entire onboarding and account servicing experience, ensuring our users feel empowered and supported throughout their trading journey.
Responsibilities
- Shape the product roadmap for Onboarding and Servicing with other PMs in the team.
- Continuously manage, prioritize and communicate Onboarding & Servicing backlog
- Optimize the onboarding process, making it intuitive and efficient for users
- Discover and deliver requirements end-to-end, including managing the global rollout and ensuring that any new features are integrated into our business processes and system landscape
- Ensure all onboarding and servicing functionalities comply with relevant regulations and KYC/AML requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle to deliver the product roadmap.
- Instrument and monitor key metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement across the onboarding and servicing experience.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders across departments, keeping everyone informed on your requirements backlog, initiatives and their impact on the business.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of product management experience, with proven track record of launching Onboarding or Servicing capabilities for B2C products.
- Background in working on the domain of Onboarding clients in a financial institution.
- Worked with 3rd party solutions used in digital onboarding.
- Able to get insights from data (worked with Amplitude or equivalent, Databricks or equivalent).
- Experienced leading a few BAs / PMs not a requirement but strong advantage.
- Ability to manage and influence stakeholders to a most beneficial outcome for the company.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, marketing, customer support).

- Experience with user onboarding best practices within the trading or broader FinTech industry.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms.
- Owned conversion or growth metrics preferred
