You are a Product Manager delivering MSF's Case Central platform, which aims to empower caseworkers to deliver holistic, coordinated and efficient support - driving better client and family outcomes. You own product outcomes, prioritisation and cross-domain trade-offs, with the aim to deliver measurable impact with a product that serves multiple divisions across MSF.

[What you will be working on]

  • Strategy & Outcomes: Set product strategy and OKRs aligned to MSF and sector outcomes for your squad translate needs into a sequenced and measurable roadmap.

  • Prioritisation & Decision-Making: Own backlog prioritisation across domains make and communicate clear trade-offs with documented rationale.

  • Delivery Partnership: Partner Business/Engineering/Design to deliver iteratively manage dependencies and collaborate closely.

  • Market and Customer Research: Conduct thorough market analysis and customer research to identify needs, trends, and opportunities. Utilize insights to inform product development and positioning.

  • User Advocacy: Act as the voice of the user within the organization. Ensure that user needs and feedback are integrated into product planning and development.

  • Adoption & Change: Work closely with CM team to plan rollout readiness (training, comms, support, feedback loops) and improve adoption across divisions and sector partners.

  • Metrics, Risk & Governance: Ensure instrumentation and dashboards for adoption/efficiency/quality proactively manage risks (privacy/security, data quality, operational readiness).

[What we are looking for]

  • 4+ years of product management experience with evidence of shipping outcomes and leading cross functional teams

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field

  • Strong product craft: Discovery, Prioritisation, Metrics, Data-Driven, Stakeholder influence

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Excellent in stakeholder management and communication

  • Nice-to-have: Experience in case management/workflow systems, Salesforce platform experience
