Product Manager, Capital Markets

About the Role

We are partnering with a fast-growing technology business that is building solutions for institutional investors and financial markets participants. As the company continues to expand its product capabilities, they are looking to hire a Product Manager with a strong understanding of financial markets to help shape the development of analytical and research-driven products.

This is an opportunity to sit at the intersection of markets, product, and client engagement, translating real-world investment workflows into scalable product solutions. The role offers significant ownership, direct exposure to senior stakeholders, and the chance to influence product strategy within a high-growth environment.

• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand investment and research workflows across multiple asset classes
• Translate market and user requirements into product enhancements, features, and analytical tools
• Define, test, and improve product outputs to ensure they meet the standards expected by professional investors
• Act as a subject matter expert on capital markets topics, providing guidance to product and technology teams
• Gather feedback from users and incorporate insights into product development and prioritisation
• Support product demonstrations, onboarding initiatives, and client-facing discussions
• Work closely with engineering and business teams to deliver impactful product improvements
  
  

• 3+ years of experience within investment research, trading, capital markets, asset management, investment banking, or financial product roles
• Strong understanding of one or more asset classes, including equities, rates, FX, commodities, ETFs, or multi-asset strategies
• Ability to evaluate investment and research workflows from a practitioner perspective
• Experience working directly with stakeholders, clients, or internal business teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Interest in emerging technologies, digital platforms, and data-driven solutions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable operating within a fast-paced and evolving environment
