Job responsibilities:

1. Belongs to the platform infrastructure product group and participates in the construction of platform infrastructure related products;

2. Balance strategic goals, business demands and user experience, continuously optimize the experience of products presented on all major platforms, and be responsible for conversion;

3. Keep up with the latest product trends of mainstream exchanges in the market, and pay attention to new trends in the blockchain industry to ensure that the platform updates and iterations are aligned with first-tier exchanges;

4. Pay close attention to user feedback and be able to quickly understand frontline voices and translate them into practical and reusable product solutions.

Job requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in user-side products, with keen user sense and strong empathy.

2. Have relevant experience in the web3 industry, including but not limited to project parties, exchanges, infrastructure, etc. Excellent experienced players on the chain are also acceptable;

3. Strong self-motivation, execution and responsibility, result-oriented, able to lead the implementation of key projects;

4.Possessing strong cross-team collaboration and project Owner ability, able to cooperate closely with other product and R & D teams, operations, business and other roles;

5. Multi-platform integrated vision, able to perceive needs from top to bottom and adjust corresponding landing details;

6. Strong ability to summarize research and data analytics.
