A Day in the Life
As one of the first Founding Product Managers, you will help define the DNA of this platform from day one.
From shaping the overall product vision to refining the smallest interaction detail, you will participate in the full product lifecycle. You'll work closely with exceptional engineers, designers, and operators in a highly collaborative and supportive team environment where ideas are debated rigorously and ownership is real.

Build a Healthy Content Ecosystem
Design mechanisms for content growth, contributor incentives, and sustainable community development. Help transform passive consumers into active contributors.
Champion the User Voice
Deeply understand diverse user groups across markets and life stages. Identify underserved needs and design solutions that resonate beyond a single demographic.
Drive Data-Informed Decisions
Own experimentation frameworks, analyze behavioral data, and continuously optimize key metricsretention, contribution rate, content quality, and engagement depth.

Build product mechanisms that convert real-life experiences into inspiring, structured, and shareable content that benefits others.
Who You Are
- 15 years of product management experience, ideally in community, content, or social platforms.
- Experience in content growth, creator incentives, user growth, or gamified/loop-based feature design is a strong plus.
- Strong intuition for user behavior and a deep understanding of content ecosystems.
- Highly user-centricyou care about why people share and what makes content truly meaningful.
- Data-informed and comfortable working with experimentation and analytics.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and excited about building from zero to one.
- Passionate about building products that create real valuenot just traffic.
