A Day in the Life

As a founding Product Manager for this new venture, you will be the visionary and architect of a platform designed to shape the future of social interaction. You'll define and drive core product loopsfrom designing an addictive, algorithm-powered discovery experience to building intuitive tools that empower users to create and connect in new ways. Your scope spans the entire user journey, requiring you to synthesize user research, market trends, and rigorous data analysis into a compelling product roadmap. You'll lead a compact, elite team of engineers and designerstranslating vision into reality by making critical trade-offs, prioritizing ruthlessly, and shipping features at startup speed. The Impact You'll Make

• Define the Vision: Lead product strategy and roadmap for our next-gen social platformfrom concept through launch and iterative growth.
• Drive Execution: Collaborate daily with engineers, designers, and algorithms experts to ship high-quality features rapidly. Own the backlog, write crisp user stories, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Master the User & Data: Become the voice of the user. Conduct research, analyze quantitative data, and run A/B tests to deeply understand behaviortranslating insights into product excellence.
• Champion Core Loops: Design and optimize key product loopscontent discovery powered by cutting-edge algorithms, seamless creation tools, and vibrant social interactions.
• Inform with Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of global trends in social media, content creation, and community ecosystems to identify breakthrough opportunities.

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics) preferred.
• 1-3 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping successful consumer-facing mobile products. Experience in social, content, or community-driven platforms is a significant advantage.
• Deeply user-centric with strong UX/UI sensibilities. Proficiency with design tools like Figma is preferred.
• A strong data-driven decision-makerskilled in SQL, analytics, and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and measure success.
• Excellent project manager and communicatorable to rally teams, manage stakeholders, and articulate complex ideas clearly.
• A self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. You're proactive, resilient, and ready to build from the ground up.
