We're looking for a Product Manager to join a high-impact, global team building internal products that streamline and automate infrastructure operations. This is a great opportunity for a data-driven product manager who enjoys solving complex technical problems and shaping tools used by engineering teams at scale.
What You'll Own & Deliver
- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for a core internal platform focused on network infrastructure lifecycle management.
- Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and cross-functional partners to define product requirements and ensure smooth execution across the product lifecycle.
- Translate data insights and technical challenges into user-centric product opportunities, from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization.
- Partner with stakeholders to prioritize the roadmap and manage the product backlog based on impact, feasibility, and business goals.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis (SQL, Python) to uncover insights, measure impact, and guide product decisions.
- Stay on top of emerging trends in AI, automation, and infrastructure tooling to inform product innovation.
- Create and deliver clear, compelling presentations and proposals for senior leadership buy-in.
- Track product KPIs and technical performance, and continuously iterate to improve.
What You Bring
- 4+ years experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Data Science, especially in technical or AI/ML-heavy environments.
- Proven experience working on AI-driven tools or systems, with an understanding of trade-offs between ML, rules-based, or automation-based approaches.
- Ability to engage deeply in technical discussions with engineering teams, comfortable with backend logic, APIs, and scalable architectures.
- Strong understanding of modern software systems, distributed infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
- Proficient in SQL and Python, comfortable using data to drive product decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complexity into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Passion for building internal tools that make engineers more productive.
