About The Team
We are on a mission to fundamentally reimagine how finance works — not just digitizing existing workflows, but using AI to reshape them from the ground up. As part of the Enterprise Efficiency team, we build AI-powered platforms that transform core finance operations including accounts payable, invoicing, reconciliation, and financial reporting across Sea's global markets. This is not a traditional systems PM role: you will be at the forefront of deploying AI agents and automation to eliminate manual toil, accelerate decision-making, and redefine what a modern finance function looks like. Join us if you want to lead meaningful transformation at scale.
Job Description
- Define and drive the AI transformation roadmap for finance workflows: identify high-impact automation opportunities across accounts payable, invoicing, reconciliation, and reporting; partner with global finance teams to understand current pain points and redesign processes with AI at the core;
- Own the product lifecycle for AI-powered finance platforms — from scoping and PRD through launch and iteration — covering intelligent invoice review, automated AP processing, smart reconciliation, and AI-assisted financial reporting;
- Collaborate with AI engineering teams to design, evaluate, and continuously improve AI agents and models applied to finance use cases; translate model capabilities and limitations into practical product decisions, including human-in-the-loop design and exception handling;
- Define success metrics for AI-driven finance transformation: track automation rates, accuracy, SLA improvements; use data to drive product iterations and build the business case for further AI investment;
- Serve as the bridge between finance business stakeholders and technical teams (AI engineering, platform engineering, design, QA); manage rollout across multiple regions and ensure change management is handled effectively as AI reshapes team workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, technology or equivalent professional experience will be advantageous
- Experience in Product Management (including internships);
- Prior exposure to AI, automation, fintech, or finance operations is a plus;
- Genuine curiosity about AI and how it can reshape business processes; familiarity with LLMs, AI agents, or automation tools is a strong plus but enthusiasm and willingness to learn matters more;
- Strong logical and structured thinking; able to break down complex, ambiguous finance processes and translate them into clear product requirements and AI solution designs;
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable engaging both finance business users and AI/engineering teams;
- Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership; comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments; eager to grow alongside an organization that is actively being reshaped by AI.
