Principal AI Engineer - Solutions

We are seeking a seasoned Principal AI Engineer to drive the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and Generative AI solutions across various business domains. This role demands a unique blend of deep research expertise and hands-on engineering skills to drive innovation and deliver impactful AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI models, including large language models (LLMs) and other machine learning algorithms.
• Implement end-to-end solutions from data preprocessing to model deployment in production environments.
• Utilize cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) for model training and deployment.
• Implement MLOps practices for continuous integration and delivery of AI models.
• Stay updated of the latest advancements in AI/ML and GenAI.
• Lead research initiatives to explore new methodologies and technologies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications:

·      Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields.

·      Minimum of 8 years in AI/ML development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.

·      Proven track record of deploying AI solutions in production environments.

·      Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

·      Experience with AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

·      Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps tools.

·      Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.

·      Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Generative AI models and applications.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or publications in reputable journals or conferences.
