Product Manager - Digital Platforms & Gamification

We are seeking a Product Manager to lead the design, development, and delivery of innovative digital platforms. The role involves end-to-end ownership of product strategy, roadmap, and delivery, working closely with cross-functional teams to launch scalable, high-impact digital experiences.

• Salary Package: UP to $9500 (basic) + AWS

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Delivery

• Own the end-to-end delivery of digital platform solutions, from concept and requirement gathering to launch and ongoing optimization.

• Define product roadmap, priorities, and success metrics, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.

• Lead initiatives to enhance user engagement through gamification, incentivization, or other interactive experiences.

Platform & Technology Leadership

• Collaborate with engineering and cloud teams to architect, implement, and maintain cloud-based platforms, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security.

• Oversee DevOps, system performance, and operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient platform operations.

• Introduce process automation (e.g., RPA) to improve team efficiency and delivery quality.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Leadership

• Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and product support staff to deliver high-quality products.

• Mentor and guide team members to foster high-performing, collaborative teams.

• Engage with stakeholders to ensure requirements are captured accurately and communicated effectively across teams.

User Experience & Engagement

• Implement features and initiatives that improve user adoption, engagement, and retention.

• Analyze user behavior, feedback, and analytics to inform product decisions and continuous improvement.

• Drive experiments, A/B testing, or prototyping to validate new ideas and features.

Requirements

Experience & Background

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Platforms, or Technology Delivery.

• Proven experience delivering cloud-based platforms, digital experiences, or gamification initiatives.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with engineering, design, and operations.

• Familiarity with AI-enabled products, RPA, or process automation is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, roadmap planning, and backlog prioritization.

• Data-driven decision-making using analytics, dashboards, and KPIs.

• Hands-on understanding of cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and platform operations.
