Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Product Manager to lead the planning, development, and delivery of technology products and solutions. The candidate will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring product alignment with business objectives and market demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and market opportunities
• Gather and prioritise product requirements from customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
• Work closely with software engineers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality product features on schedule
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the technology landscape
• Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure product success and drive data-informed decisions
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and discovery through to launch, iteration, and sunset
• Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the technical development team
• Develop clear product documentation including product requirements documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Present product updates, roadmaps, and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders
• Ensure products comply with relevant regulatory and data security requirements in Singapore and across the region

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic Information Science and Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in product management, technology product development, software solutions, or related fields
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
• Proficient in product management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, Confluence, or equivalent platforms
• Knowledge of data protection, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance requirements will be an advantage
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
