Product Manager (Security)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead our Enterprise Business product portfolio, focusing on our Security products. This role will involve end-to-end management of product pricing, development, and lifecycle, while also driving sales performance to achieve target.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support: Support sales team to provide product insights, respond to customer inquiries, and assist in closing deals.
- Customer Engagement: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to clients, showcasing the value of cloud and connectivity solutions.
- Pricing & Revenue Management: Develop pricing models and strategies to ensure competitiveness while maximizing revenue and profit margins.
- Sales Performance: Responsible for driving and achieving sales targets and contributing to overall revenue growt.
- Product Strategy: Lead the development and management of product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer needs.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in product management, pre-sales, or solution design within relevant industries
- Strong ability to collaborate with sales and support teams to achieve business goals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with pricing strategies and revenue management is plus
- Security related certifications are an added advantage.
