About the role

We're looking for a Product Manager to own the roadmap, vision and strategy for our credit bureau and AI agent products across Southeast Asia.

The bureau is the core of the business. Credit reports, scores and data APIs are what lenders across the region already run their decisions on, and accuracy, coverage and compliance are the product. We're now entering a new era, and building the AI agent layer on top of it: agents that help financial institutions work with their data — surfacing insights, supporting decisions, and monitoring risk across a portfolio. In a regulated market, that only works if the data going in is correct and what comes out is defensible. You'll own both.

• Quality matters most. Our customers are lenders. They notice immediately when something is off.

• Right for the customer, right for the business. Your job is finding where the two overlap.
• Be wrong early, not late. A prototype in front of a customer beats a roadmap debate. Learn cheap, then commit.
• Shipping v1 is the first 10%. The rest is iterating until it actually works.

You'll work across the regional teams — commercial, engineering, marketing, legal and compliance, data science, and ops.

What you'll do

• Set the roadmap, vision and strategy for your products, and own delivery end-to-end from concept through launch and continued iteration.
• Build the business case, prototype it, and take it to customers before we commit engineering resource.
• Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, and whatever comes next) daily — for research, for prototypes you can put in front of a customer, and for building the real thing alongside engineering.
• Work with engineering to craft the product: architecture, data schemas, context design, evals.
• Work with legal and compliance to make sure what we build meets regulatory requirements in each market.
• Work with marketing on the GTM plan.
• Define the metrics that prove product quality — and be clear about what doesn't count.
• Run POCs, gather feedback, and know when to iterate, pivot, or stop.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years in product management, having built enterprise products that solved a real customer and market need.
• AI product experience, hands-on. You've built AI, LLM, or agent products before — not managed someone else who did.
• Technical product experience. You've shipped technical products end-to-end — APIs, risk or scoring models, data platforms, or similar.
• Technical acumen. You can discuss architecture, data flows, schemas and API design with engineers, and form your own view on whether an output is good.
• Strong written communication. BRDs, PRDs, POC reports, strategy docs and updates that don't generate follow-up questions.
• Customer instinct. You can tell the difference between what customers say they want and what they actually need, and turn those pain points into something worth building.
• Working proficiency in Mandarin required — this role involves daily technical discussions with engineering and product teams based in China, where requirements are communicated in Mandarin.

Nice to have:

• Experience taking AI agents into production at enterprise grade — not just prototypes or internal tools.
• A Computer Science, Engineering, or Maths degree, or equivalent technical background.
• Previous startup or high-growth company experience.
• Fintech domain experience (lending, payments, banking, credit risk).
