Responsibilities
- Design institutional onboarding solutions, including multi-tiered KYC/KYB verification, corporate structure mapping, and role-based access control.
- Build enterprise-grade fund flow systems: integrate banking networks and Payment Service Providers (PSPs) to support bulk deposits and withdrawals.
- Develop multi-chain deposit addresses, automated balance aggregation, and transfer workflows.
- Design account permission management systems (e.g., trading limits, IP whitelisting, multi-signature authorization).
- Track product developments of mainstream trading institutions (e.g., Coinbase, Kraken, Robinhood), analyze their business models, and formulate differentiated competitive strategies.
- Customize transaction monitoring for institutional fund flow models to meet regulatory requirements.
- Design audit and monitoring systems for corporate accounts, supporting customizable reporting.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to optimize the automation of AML list screening and risk scoring.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B financial product management.
- Familiarity with large-scale system product architecture design and understanding of the overall business processes of an exchange.
- Knowledge of the compliance and regulatory requirements for financial institutions. Familiarity with institutional fund operation systems.
- Strong execution capability and self-motivation, capable of setting an example for team members.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently in English with market and institutional clients.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
