Job Description
The Product Management Intern supports the product team in researching user needs, analysing system requirements, and coordinating product-related activities for the Octomate platform.
This role provides hands-on exposure to product development and software delivery within a live HR technology environment.
We are looking for interns who can start August 2026 for a minimum of 3 months, 6 months preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product research through user feedback, requirements gathering, and market analysis
- Assist in documenting product requirements, user stories, and feature specifications
- Support coordination between product, technology, and operations teams
- Assist in tracking product development progress and timelines
- Support testing and validation of product features and system modules
- Assist in preparing product documentation, release notes, and user guides
- Support rollout and post-launch activities for new features or enhancements
Job Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working with documentation, requirements, and basic data analysis
- Detail-oriented, organised, and willing to learn
- Prior exposure to software, systems, or product-related projects is an advantage
