Job description:
Product Development Support:
- Collaborate with various teams to align on development timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Assist in defining product requirements and other key documentation
- Carry out market research, gather user feedback, and conduct competitive analyses to support product decision-making
Project Coordination:
- Track project progress, schedule and coordinate meetings
- Prepare simple reports and assist in updating product roadmaps
User Experience & Insights:
- Review user data and feedback to identify areas for product improvement
- Assist in creating user guides and other product-related documentation
- Support usability tests and work with designers to refine user experience flows
What we're looking for:
- Strong interest in product management, user experience research or data analysis
- Analytical and detail-oriented and able to think from a user's perspective
- Good organisational skills and the ability to help manage multiple tasks at once
- A proactive communicator who enjoys working with others
- Familiarity with product management concepts is an advantage
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and exposure to project management tools (e.g., Jira) is a bonus
Work Location: Orchard
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm
Able to start in January 2026
