About the Opportunity

This internship offers hands-on experience in shaping lending solutions for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in defining to-be loan servicing workflows with sales, credit, loan ops teams

- Help document policies and support system implementation for collection processes

- Conceive how AI digital customer journeys for loan management portals should be like

- Conduct user acceptance testing for new features with guidance from senior PMs

- Analyze operational data to identify process improvement opportunities

- Collaborate with China-based development teams on feature implementation

- Support go-to-market commercialization activities

Growth Opportunities

- Learn Agile product development through real fintech projects

- Gain exposure to credit risk management strategies

- Develop technical understanding of loan management systems

- Build AI-native products for real-world use cases

What we are Looking For

- Current enrollment in Business, Finance, Computer Science or related degree program

- Familiarity with digital banking concepts through academic work or prior internships

- Exposure to AI tools and Agile methodologies (certifications welcome but not required)

- Analytical mindset with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency

- Bilingual communication skills (English & Mandarin preferred)

- Curiosity about Southeast Asia's fintech landscape
