Drive product vision and roadmap for Credit, Payment or Insurance business by translating business and user needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirement analysis to launch and post-launch iteration.
Produce and maintain product documentation such as PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Operations, Risk, and other stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.
Manage timelines, dependencies, and risks to ensure projects are delivered with quality and clarity.
Track product success metrics, using data and feedback to inform decisions and prioritization.
Act as the central point of coordination to align stakeholders and resolve cross-functional issues.
Continuously improve products based on performance insights, user feedback, and operational learnings.
Requirements
Currently pursuing/possesses a Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science & Analytics or any related fields at a reputable university with strong academic credentials/results, expected to graduate by July 2026 and join us by August 2026.
Demonstrates strong critical thinking and structured reasoning to solve complex, ambiguous problems.
Prior relevant internship/full-time/part-time working experience in business analysis, product management, project management, or related field is a plus.
Prior relevant internship experience in Credit Business, Payment or any related industry is a plus.
Self-driven, positive attitude and team player striving for team success.
Comfortable with ambiguity and changes in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
