The Talent

• 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, communications, or similar roles
• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with a high level of ownership and accountability
• Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in common content creation, design, and collaboration tools
  

• Produce high-quality, engaging content across formats such as articles, case studies, visuals, videos, and explainers.
• Translate complex product management concepts into clear, practical narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Lead the planning and delivery of communication initiatives to promote product management programmes.
• Develop targeted messaging and creative assets that effectively highlight value and drive engagement for events, workshops, and learning activities.
• Take ownership of digital content platforms, ensuring information is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with organisational guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to reflect current priorities, initiatives, and outcomes.
• Build and sustain an active product management community through innovative engagement strategies. Design and execute targeted outreach efforts that appeal to audiences ranging from new joiners to senior leadership, while continuously exploring fresh engagement formats.
