Job Description:
- Support the delivery and ongoing management of AN enterprise digital platform.
- The role focuses on backlog management, coordination with technical teams, and operational support, making sure that product changes are delivered in a controlled, secure, and timely manner across non production and production environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support product strategy execution through backlog grooming, prioritisation, and requirement clarification.
- Work closely with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to translate business needs into actionable user stories and tasks.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Track delivery progress, dependencies, and risks across sprints and releases.
- Assist with stakeholder communication during deployments, incidents, and operational changes.
- Support production operations, including coordination during go lives, incident response, and post deployment reviews
- Ensure deliverables and changes align with governance, security, and audit requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience supporting IT product delivery in a structured environment.
- Working knowledge of Agile delivery practices and backlog management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams (developers, infra, ops).
- Exposure to production support activities, including deployments and incident coordination.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non technical stakeholders.
- Availability to support after hours activities for planned deployments or critical incidents, as required.
