Role Description

The Product-Led Growth Strategist / Adoption Experience Specialist is responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, adoption, retention, and expansion through product-driven growth strategies and optimized user experiences. The role focuses on leveraging product features, behavioral insights, and experimentation to increase product engagement and long-term customer value.

Key responsibilities include designing and optimizing onboarding experiences, feature adoption flows, self-service journeys, and in-product engagement strategies. The role involves analyzing user behavior data to identify activation barriers, churn risks, and opportunities to improve retention and monetization.

The Product-Led Growth Strategist works closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, engineers, customer success, analytics, and marketing teams to align growth initiatives with customer needs and business objectives. They are responsible for defining growth experiments, tracking key metrics, and implementing scalable product-led growth frameworks.

In addition, the role includes conducting A/B testing, user segmentation, lifecycle analysis, and feature performance evaluation to improve product adoption and customer expansion. The Product-Led Growth Strategist / Adoption Experience Specialist plays a key role in enabling scalable SaaS or digital platform growth through product experience optimization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Data Analytics, UX Design, or a related field
  • 3–10+ years of experience in product growth, growth marketing, product operations, UX strategy, or SaaS growth roles
  • Strong understanding of product-led growth (PLG) frameworks and customer lifecycle strategies
  • Experience analyzing user behavior and product analytics data
  • Familiarity with tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, Google Analytics, or Pendo
  • Experience with A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and conversion optimization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate across product, engineering, design, and marketing teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Understanding of SaaS metrics such as activation, retention, churn, LTV, and expansion revenue
  • Experience designing onboarding and adoption experiences is an advantage
  • Results-driven mindset focused on scalable product growth and customer engagement
